Amazing class!! Learned a lot about the history of NOLA food and area. The food was delicious and the instructor made it easy to follow along. The free drinks was a plus! Can’t wait to make all the meals at home!!

We weren’t sure what to expect since this was our first cooking class, but the experience was better than we expected. Everything about the class was absolutely perfect, from the knowledgeable and personable chef to the amazing food we had a chance to cook in authentic NOLA style. We spent three days in New Orleans, to include NYE, and this may have been one of the most memorable parts of the entire weekend. Highly recommend!!
All staff were friendly and helpful. Our instructor Vivienne was knowledgeable, supportive and fun. She taught us a lot of local culture and history as well as great recipes. Everything was delicious this was a highlight of our trip.
