This was an enjoyable tour. The guide was knowledgeable, funny & took us to see several alligators. The swamp is beautiful. The tour was operated with attention to safety.

Capt Matt was awesome! Very informative and entertaining. We were able to see some gators even with the cooler temps, and getting to hold a baby gator was the highlight for all of us. Def worth it!
Great Times

Fun tour but not worth the time and money

Pros: The staff was great and genuinely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We got to see one baby alligator in the wild and pet a baby alligator on the boat. The ride was fun, kid friendly and safe.
Cons: the tour is 30-40 minutes from New Orleans, so it’s time traveled as well. We opted for our own transportation which worked well from NOLA but on the return we couldn’t get an Uber so the tour company was kind enough to let us pay for a voucher to get on the busy which cost $75 for 2 adults and 3 kids one way! Which brings me to the two other points which is - it was not made clear that getting a ride back would be so hard, and when you look at the cost and time to do this as a family with transportation it ends up being a very expensive tour in my opinion.
