A Great Introduction to NOLA

The food tour was a great introduction to the history, culture and cuisine of New Orleans. Jonn, our tour guide was terrific with his explanations of how each item we sampled was prepared, its origin and how it often represented a modification of another, more traditional dish. We would highly recommend this tour. But come hungry because you will have the opportunity to sample standard portions of several dishes.
