Informative and Knowledgeable guides

Great way to see the city highlights in just a couple of hours. Guides provided a lot of history and detail. If you try to get on and off you might want to get the 2-day discounted pass.

Hopping around

We decided to take the tour on our second day. I advise everyone to do this. The map was easy to read and you could stop close to most attractions. We got off in uptown, walked around and ate at Empa Nola and visited some antique shops. Got back on the bus and got off at the convention center to visit the mall nearby. Luckily weather was mid 50's. Being on top of the bus gives you good chance to take pictures and vantage point going by cemetary. We bought our tickets online ahead of our trip which was very easy.

Great way to get an overview around the city

The bus was a great way to start our stay in New Orleans as it gave us a great overview of the neighborhoods and we could get on and off as needed to explore further. Our guide on the bus was very informative!

Hop on Hop Off is a perfect way to get your feet wet in the Big Easy

This is a great way to get your bearings and learn a bit about New Orleans. We used this tour for 3 days and it was both convenient and informative. The several guides on the bus we had were all different and each had their own "spin" so we learned something new each time we boarded the bus. Sadly, I cannot remembers all their names (Zelda was one). There was one tour guide who had a beautiful voice and serenaded the bus with "What a Wonderful World" as we were pulling into Basin Station. We took both the garden district and French quarter walking tours as well. Both were good however, our guide Mary on the French quarter tour was difficult to hear. She had some great stories to tell and was very informed however it would have been much better had we had earbuds or she had something to amplify her voice. Other than that - highly recommend!
