Our guide on he Voodo Queen was amazing, knowledgeable and fun. We learned history and about the swamp animal life as well as seeing many of them too . Loved the small group and ability to ask questions. Would recommend
Very knowledgable and accomodating staff. A little mixup on their part for our pick up time but Isabella immediately took responsibility and made it right. Showed us that they truly do care about providing a great experience.
Everything was perfect with Isabelle Tours! She pick us up directly at our airbnb and on the road to the bayous the driver gave us an historic tour of new orleans. the boat and the guide were exactly what we were looking for. We saw many alligators, birds. Definitely recommend this activity
Friendly Knowledgeable Helpful Great recommendations On time Super service Highly recommended You need to go —————-
The airboat ride was very good. Our guide was welcoming and knowledgeable. However, I booked on my phone through Tripadvisor, so I misunderstood the details. It said duration 4 hours, but the time on the boat was one hour. Four hours was intended to include the time in the van picking up other tourists and driving to the site, plus the return, all of which was less than 4 hours anyway. It was a little overpriced for one hour.
