Located in a renovated molasses warehouse built in the early 1800s, this cooking class brings you to the heart of New Orleans’ French Quarter. Anniversary Cooking Class

My husband and I participated in a demo cooking class for our first wedding anniversary! It was the best experience! Perfect for a rainy New Orleans day activity. Chef Tom was incredible and taught us the reasons behind why he was doing what he was doing as well as some fun New Orleans cuisine history. Can’t wait to try out the recipes at home! We will be back!

From meeting Linda at the store front to the saying our goodbye to Gumbo Marie, the entire experience was wonderfully executed! The cooking demonstrations were a great source of inspiration for our future foodie adventures and everything…the biscuits with Stein syrup, gumbo, red beans with hot cornbread, pecan pie and pralines were delicious! Thank you for a great Christmas in New Orleans event! And Marie…we WILL invite you over!!..lol!
